Deacon Nominee Church Response Form

The following individuals have been nominated by the elders and are willing to serve as deacons if elected: Jason Burgin, Greg Fox, and Taylor Pike.  Their testimonies can be accessed online or you may pick up the hard copies at the North Tower Welcome Desk.  The qualifications for the office of deacon are described in 1 Timothy 3:8-13.  Members of FBC Durham have from now until Sunday, May 27, to inform the elders if there is any biblical reason that would make a nominee ineligible to serve as a deacon.  If this is the case, please discuss the concern with the specific deacon nominee first, then, if necessary, communicate the concern to the elders by filling out the "Deacon Nominee Response Form" which is available in Tom Knight's office.
