SENIOR ADULT LUNCH
All senior adults are invited to join us on Tuesday, September 26, at 11:30am in Morgan Hall for our monthly luncheon. We’ll enjoy a hot dog lunch with all the trimmings, cost is $4 per person. Please RSVP the church office by 12:00noon on Friday, September 22. We look forward to seeing you there!
ORDINATION SERVICE & WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
Join us on Wednesday evening, September 27, at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary, for our Wednesday Night Bible Study and an ordination service. Andy Davis will begin the evening by continuing our study of the Attributes of God. Then, around 7:00pm, we will turn our focus to a time of ordination as we have the privilege of ordaining Travis Bodine and Brian Young for the gospel ministry. We will welcome guests from Rock Spring Baptist Church in Pittsboro (where Travis Bodine is pastoring) and Immanuel Baptist Church in Durham (where Brian Young is serving as interim pastor).
PROSPECTIVE NEW MEMBER CLASS

WOMEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST
All women (18+) are invited to the Women’s Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, October 14, from 8:30am-12:00noon in Room 342 (College Room). Missy Fox will give a short devotional from the book of Ruth on “Waiting on the Lord” and Madge Pyrant will share a brief testimony. In light of the 500thanniversary of the Reformation, Nathan Finn will be speaking on how the Reformation affects the issues that men face today. $95 per person. NORTH CAROLINA MISSIONS OFFERING
This offering supports Baptist mission causes in the state of North Carolina, and it focuses on the ministries of the NC Baptist Men, including disaster relief and feeding teams, church planting, evangelism, and mission camps. LOST AND FOUND
Our Lost and Found is filling up with numerous items which need to be returned to their owners. The Lost and Found is located in room G113 in the Children’s Hall on the Ground Floor. Please note that valuable items such as jewelry, purses, wallets, etc., are kept in the Staff Administrative Assistant’s office for safe keeping. Any items not claimed by September 30 will be donated to the Caring Center.
