In the first five chapters of Revelation, we have an awesome and unforgettable picture of the glorified Christ-resurrected and walking through seven golden lampstands; exalted and seated on the throne of God surrounded by heavenly worship. We also have Christ's clear messages to seven local churches, a timeless insight into what Christ thinks of His church. In these five chapters, we will be led to consider the greatness of the risen Christ and the attributes of a healthy local church.
