Kindergarten – 5th Grades – Children’s Hall
Over the summer, our children’s Bible for Life classes will focus on two big topics: prayer and missions! Using biblical truths from the lives of Peter, Paul, Elijah and David, the kids will get answers to many of their questions about prayer. Later in the summer, the kids will learn about the true story of God’s faithfulness in the life of Hudson Taylor as he journeyed to China and lived there as a missionary. Each Sunday, the children will meet first in the children’s hall, and then divide into three classes (K, 1st-2nd, and 3rd-5th) for their lessons.
(6th – 12th Grades) – Room 348
Our purpose for Youth Bible for Life is to provide a solid and broad foundation of biblical teaching along with timely applications for youth as they learn more about the Christian faith, their walk with Christ, and God’s mission in the world. This summer, the middle school and high school-aged classes will study Paul’s letter to the Philippians together as one large group.
Counter Culture (Mercy & Justice in a Fallen World)
Jesus calls us to be salty and bright in a world that is dark and dead. We don’t have the option to only care about certain issues or people. This summer the college ministry will be looking at topics like poverty, racism, abortion, & immigration just to name a few. We want to listen to what God has to say about the needs of a broken world. Come join us every Sunday morning in Room 342.
(Bible Studies for Life: Life Ventures) – Room 252
These classes challenge a generation already full of life’s experiences to discover new ones in their service to the Lord, and to pass on to younger generations the legacy of their faith. Though there are various “breakout” classes to attend (Joy, Loyalty, and Morris/Seekers Class), the senior adults meet together for prayer and singing prior to breaking into smaller classes.
(The Bible for Internationals) – Room 152
The Redemptive Story from Creation to Christ
This class will provide an overview of the Bible starting with Genesis and continuing through four thousand years of biblical history to the time of Jesus Christ. Then we will study the life of Jesus and the early church as given in the Bible.
(La Biblia en Español) – Room 152
This class is similar to The Bible For Internationals, but is taught in Español.
