LIBERTY STREET APTS. CHILDREN’S MINISTRY: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
For the past 10 years, FBC, in partnership with Child Evangelism Fellowship, has held a Bible club for children at Liberty Street Apartments. The ministry meets on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm during the school year. We play games, sing songs, memorize Scripture, listen to a Bible story, and have a snack. Our goal is to love the children, their families, and the community and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with them. If you are interested in serving and/or would like more information, please contact Robert Oakley or the church office.
Please join us on Saturday October 5, from 8:00am-3:00pm as we travel to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary for a Biblical Theology Workshop with Nancy Guthrie. Early registration is open at NancyGuthrie.com and costs $30 until July 31. Scholarships are available. Questions? Contact Katie Mounce.
