MEN’S MINISTRY BREAKFAST
Men, please join us for breakfast in the Fellowship Hall this Saturday, January 19 at 7:30am. Our plan is to enjoy breakfast and fellowship, be challenged with devotion and prayer, and discuss how we can grow in Christ-likeness as we lead and serve. NEW BFL CLASSES BEGINNING JAN 20
Beginning next Sunday, January 20, there will be two new 6-week Bible For Life classes offered: Parenting Teens: Helping Them Grow, Letting Them Go (Room 251), and Mercy Ministry (Room 246). Click here for more details and a complete listing of classes. Take a moment to review the class options, and determine which BFL class to attend. Bible For Life classes meet every Sunday from 9:15-10:15am, immediately prior to the morning worship service.

SENIOR ADULT LUNCH
All senior adults are invited to join us for a great time of fellowship at our monthly luncheon on Tuesday, January 29, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. We’ll enjoy chili and cornbread with key lime pie for dessert; cost is $8 per person. Please RSVP the church office by 12:00noon on Friday, January 25. We look forward to seeing you there!
Only two weeks until our FBC Missions Celebration! We will enjoy time together as a church family hearing what God has done all over the world in 2018. We’ll meet on Sunday evening, January 27, from 5:30-7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. (This will be in lieu of Home Fellowships). Join us for a pizza dinner, short video, Myth Busters, missionary discussion, and a bit of worship! Come and hear how God is opening doors!
SEBTS GO CONFERENCE

The women’s Spring Retreat is coming up! Please join us at Caraway Retreat Center on February 22-23. Anne Harford and Missy Fox will be leading us through a time of reflecting on the attributes of God. “God is our refuge and strength…” Ps. 46:1. You can register here or call the office for help. MERCY MINISTRIES EQUIPPING EVENT – MARCH 8-9
Are you interested in mercy ministry, such as healthcare ministry, disaster response, and community development? Want to hear from experienced practitioners in these areas, explore ways to use your gifts, and learn how to implement mercy ministries in cross-cultural contexts? FBC will be hosting a Mercy Ministries Equipping Event in partnership with Baptist Global Response purposed to help you learn how to be involved in mercy ministries as part of God’s global mission.
