Go online fbcdurham.org for more details and a complete listing of classes. Take a moment to review the class options, and determine which BFL class to attend. MEN’S LAKE DAY
Join us for an afternoon of fun and fellowship on the lake at Jim Eaker’s home! You are welcome to come and go as you please on Saturday, April 28, from 3:00pm-7:30pm. There will be small boating, fishing, basketball, and yard games. BBQ dinner will be provided with potluck sides and desserts as well as an evening fire pit, weather permitting. Feel free to bring your sons or other men who would benefit from this time. Register online at tinyurl.com/LakeDay2018 or call the church office at (919) 688-7308.
Our Parent-Child Dedication will be on Mother’s Day, May 13, during the morning worship service. This is an opportunity for parents to publicly “set apart” their child to the Lord (1 Samuel 1:11, Luke 2:21-22), and to commit to raise him/her up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). If you would like to participate, contact Kristen Snyder at firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday, May 6.
