WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER FOR EVANGELISM
Join us this Wednesday morning as we gather from 6:00-7:00 am to pray for evangelistic fruit in Durham and the Triangle area. We will meet in the sanctuary and pray for our boldness, evangelism, and that God will do a supernatural work in our city. Thank you for praying with us and look forward to seeing you then.

Have questions about the renovation? Would you like to share an idea or feedback about what’s ahead? VOLUNTEER WITH “RUNNING OF THE BULLS 8K”
The Bull City Running Company has asked for volunteers to assist with hospitality and parking for the Running of the Bulls 8K on Saturday, June 2. In fact, our parking lot will be used for overflow parking the morning of the event. This is a great opportunity to serve the city of Durham as well as meet various people in the community. If you enjoy running, you may also want to sign up on their website and participate by running in the race. Over the past several years, we have had approximately fifteen people from First Baptist Durham run the race and it was a lot of fun. If you are interested in serving the morning of June 2, please email Andy Winn by Wednesday, May 30.
ADOPTION & FOSTER CARE MINISTRY NIGHT
One of the most wonderful acts of God in our lives is certainly his adoption of us. We are so thankful for many in our church family who have put this work on vivid display through their own adoption and foster care stories. On Wednesday, June 6, from 6:30-7:30pm, we will hold an adoption and foster care ministry night to help families in our church consider how they can respond to the opportunity before us to care for the children of Durham who are in need of a home. Through teaching, discussion, testimonies, resources, and prayer, we hope that we might all learn how we can be involved in praying for and participating in this wonderful picture of the gospel in adoption and foster care. We hope you will join us!
